Health-Related Quality of Life in Children with Developmental Disorders

Abstract Purpose of Review (1) To give an overview what is currently known about health-related quality life (HRQoL) in three common and co-occurring developmental disorders: attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders (ASD), coordination (DCD), (2) to provide directions for future research. Recent Findings HRQoL compromised all disorders, affecting various domains HRQoL. However, some are more affected than others depending on the nature core deficits disorder. Overall, parents’ rate their children lower themselves. Children with ASD ADHD have compared those singular disorders. Future studies DCD needed investigate effect this population.
